Earned an MBA from UCT, is CIMA qualified and holds qualifications in Marketing and Finance. After a storied 17-year career with alcoholic beverage giant brandhouse (Former joint venture between Diageo and Heineken), Leonard started consulting and has since worked across a wide variety of industries. He is currently the CEO and founder of the Red Fox Group, which includes consulting and point of sale design, as well as a research company affiliation. Leonard is highly numerate and confesses that he may even be a tad OCD with his extreme attention to detail. Highly competitive, he is driven to deliver beyond his clients’ expectations and thoroughly enjoys developing new and improving business existing processes and systems. Seemingly quiet at first glance, Leonard has a sharp sense of humour and has earned the deep respect of the many people he has developed over the years. He enjoys good food and finds relaxation anywhere he can enjoy nature and wildlife.
